Denton Austin PLC is a Middle Tennessee law firm focusing on all aspects of real estate development and dispute resolution, land use, real estate entitlements and assessment, and zoning matters. Josh Denton and Tonya Austin formed the firm in 2022. Having previously practiced together for years in a nationally recognized, AmLaw 200 law firm, they made the decision to depart “Big Law” to focus on continuing to provide the highest level of personalized legal services available to their many longstanding clients, colleagues, and friends—all within a boutique setting. Their roster of loyal clients includes entrepreneurs, seasoned real estate developer groups, builders, golf-course owners, investor groups, churches and other non-profit organizations, a select group of local government/quasi-government entities, HOA/ARC boards, individual property owners, and many other local and nationally recognized businesses.
